The Location
Aloha golf is a members only club. It is the second oldest and also one of the most popular golf courses in Marbella's Golf Valley which counts no less than 6 renowned golf courses. It has a wonderful clubhouse to enjoy a drink or a meal.
The lovely gardens of the complex connect almost seamlessly with Aloha's golf course.
Right opposite the complex are several restaurants, but a short walk takes you to a plethora of eateries, bars and restaurants. A short drive down the road you will find more restaurants, as well as a pool club, 2 tennis clubs and a SuperCor (= large 24/7 supermarket).
A little further on there is a Mercadona (a large supermarket), all kinds of shops and services, a medical centre and a large shopping centre (Centro Plaza) with a Supersol (also a large supermarket) and several restaurants, bars and facilities.
From here it is a further five minute walk to the regional hotspot La Sala (a restaurant - bar that offers breakfast, lunch and dinner, provides daily live music and special musical performances) and the new trendy restaurant-gastrobar-garden "Breathe".
A stone's throw away is Puerto Banus, which houses Marbella's famous marina, El Corte Ingles (2nd largest department store in Spain), dozens of restaurants, shops and designer boutiques.
Puerto Banu’s beaches are scattered with beach clubs alongside the stylish promenade which leads to the Golden Mile and the centre of Marbella in easterly direction and San Pedro in westerly direction.
The main advantage of this complex is its location. You can reach everything on foot, but if you don't feel like walking, it´s only a short bus ride or car journey to anywhere in Puerto Banus.
The complex
The complex is fenced and very spacious.
It features:
A sloping communal garden with the homes located on the highest part. These enjoy stunning views over the lush green oasis of the golf course against the backdrop of the blue Mediterranean on the horizon.
On the lower part of the garden, in the middle of the green lawns, there is a beautiful swimming pool which invites you to take a refreshing dip in the water.
The homes mainly consist of apartments accompanied by a few semi-detached villas / townhouses.
Within the closed complex, parking is easy and convenient, with plenty of carports available at all times.
The houses
The apartments enjoy 1 or 2 bedrooms and 1 bathroom. The townhouses have 2 or 3 bedrooms.
Each home enjoys dazzling views.
A housing block consists of a garden apartment with a covered terrace and an upper floor apartment with a covered terrace and / or a roof terrace.
Some homes have been partially or completely renovated, others are waiting patiently for a new owner to provide them with a contemporary interior that will surpass their former glory.
The apartments are reasonably priced (considering this particular area, it is fair to say they are attractively priced). Many owners also receive an attractive rental income.
Given the popularity of this complex, it is not surprising that there are never many properties for sale in this complex nor in the neighbouring complexes. But this complex is for many by far the most popular one.
