Sierra Blanca is a highly sought after area for luxury property in Marbella. Together with some other fine urbanisations, it is often referred to as the mountainside or inland area of the Golden Mile. The term ´´Golden Mile´´ traditionally referring to the coastal area between Marbella and Puerto Banus.

As the city of Marbella has evolved over the years, several suburbs have taken on their own special gem status, lifting up and improving the entire Greater Marbella Area. Sierra Blanca as a suburb takes its name from the eponymous mountain range just north of Marbella, as it lies at the foothills of the Sierra Blanca Mountain Range, famous for its iconic La Concha mountain peak.  The proximity of the mountain peaks give the urbanisation its very own microclimate, offering shelter from strong winds whilst tempering the summer heat.

Sierra Blanca is gated and there is a security company touring and monitoring the urbanisation at all times. In addition, many developments of the urbanisation have their own 24-hour security service.

There is no through traffic, which guarantees tranquillity, privacy and abundance of fresh air.

Sierra Blanca counts amazing luxury mansions and villas as well as prime apartment complexes, in diverse types of architecture, all set in elegant gardens and exclusive country clubs with tropical plants and large pools. Convenience: proximity to almost everything

Last but not least, Sierra Blanca is at the doorstep to some stunning countryside and natural beauty, with Sierra de las Nieves Natural Park only a short drive further north.
