The location

Aloha Pueblo is located in the heart of Marbella's Golf Valley and surrounded by several renowned golf courses. The complex sits on a slightly elevated position in relation to its  immediate surroundings. It overlooks the entire valley and in particular the golf courses of Aloha and Royal Las Brisas.

The nearest commercial centre has numerous dining options and is within walking distance or if so desired, can be reached within a 1 to 2 minutes’ drive.

The road to Puerto Banus is lined with restaurants, supermarkets and amenities. The marina town itself is a 5 minutes’ drive away.

The complex: 

Aloha Pueblo was designed as a typical Andalusian village with picturesque squares, charming alleys, fountains, flower pots and flowerbeds.

Contrary to the traditional white villages of Andalucía, the architects wanted the new houses to be bright and colourful, which turned out to be an immediate success.

In total there are 188 houses, all of them unique and original.

There are also 3 bars/restaurants in the pueblo where you can have breakfast, lunch or dinner.

The pueblo benefits from permanent security and a communal swimming pool

The houses have 2 or 3 bedrooms and 2 or 3 bathrooms.

Most of the houses are distributed over 3 floors plus a roof terrace. The ground floor usually includes an entrance area with living room, kitchen and terrace. There are also a ground floor and an upper floor which comprises the bed- and bathrooms.

From the roof terrace you can enjoy panoramic views of the Golf Valley, the La Concha mountain peak and in some cases the sea. The generous roof terrace is usually furnished and equipped for relaxing and barbecuing.

Some of the homes have an indoor garage. There is also free parking in the complex.

Several houses have been renovated and given a modern interior, others are still in the original traditional state and style.
