3) Construction of your villa in only 10 to 12 months
Once you have approved the design, the architects will manage your licence, taxes, and insurances. We will build your villa with the materials and finishes of your choice.
The sales price agreed upon cannot be altered under any circumstances, so no surprises and no additional costs.
4) Enjoy your new villa on the Costa del Sol
The developer has delivered Turn-key projects for over 60 years on the Coast. Once we give you the key you only have to enjoy the wonderful climate and lifestyle of the Costa del Sol.
All the licenses, utility connections, architect studies, insurances, independent quality control company, laboratory tests and surveyors are included in the price.
The 10% VAT on the construction and the 21% VAT on the plot are not included in the price.
Once you have purchased the plot you could obtain a mortgage for the construction, subject to status.
