Open House of a beautiful duplex luxury garden apartment on the Golden Mile!

This week it was once again time for a wonderful 'Open House’. Some colleagues of our Costas & Casas team went to have a look at a duplex - garden apartment in a recently built and very famous new development.

It soon became clear why the residential complex is so popularly positioned on the market. One enjoys first and foremost optimum luxury, an ideal location and the fantastic facilities that the resort has to offer.

A fun fact is that the duplex house is fully furnished with high quality, elegant furniture pieces by Fendi. Another eye-catching feature is the use of colored marble throughout the house that immediately creates a very chic setting.

Last but not least, I would like to describe how wonderful it was to spend time in this private garden with its own swimming pool. A refreshing drink, a tasty snack, golden rays of sun tingling on your face and the splash of little cascades falling into the pool. In other words, the definition of an ultimate "Marbella summer feeling”.
