Altos Reales: a gated luxury villa urbanisation on the Golden Mile in Marbella

Altos Reales is situated on the foothills of the La Concha mountain, between the urbanisations of Sierra Blanca (on the north) and Nagüeles (on the south).

Thanks to its prime location and guaranteed peace and security, the urbanisation has a very exclusive and preferred position on the market.

The residential area consists of unique villas and is divided into two sub-areas known as "Altos Reales A" and "Altos Reales B". Both areas are just a few minutes' drive from the beach and the town centre of Marbella with all necessary amenities.

Furthermore, they both have only one entrance, which is strictly protected by a 24-hour security service.

Altos Reales A is recognisable by its small collection of 28 white, art deco style villas with round towers. As opposed to the B area, this community has private services that take care of the maintenance of all gardens and swimming pools.

What defines Altos Reales B are the communal, green areas with numerous facilities including a children's playground and a paddle court. The luxury villas are situated on spacious plots with private swimming pools.
