The boulevard will be connected in the very near future with Puerto Banus and consequently to the Golden Mile and Marbella centre, making a boulevard of +/- 14kms.
A nice boulevard of 1 km connects this boulevard with the centre of San Pedro where you will find typical Spanish restaurants and all amenities.
The coastal road through San Pedro is currently being improved with tunnels and round abouts, which will make an end to the traffic jams in San Pedro and will add a substantial value to the area.
